Work experience

2024 – Present

Software Engineer at CloudKaptan

I build backend features on Salesforce, Apex, and LWC, mostly across Sales Cloud and Cloud Lending. The work ranges from new integrations to untangling legacy flows that nobody wants to touch.

  • Integrated 4+ external platforms, including Plaid, Aurora, Enerflo, and DocuSign, into business-critical lending workflows.
  • Built and maintain APIs for internal services and third-party integrations.
  • Helping move file storage from Salesforce to AWS so it scales without the platform limits.
  • Write technical documentation and support users through product and process changes.
